Marketing budget responsibility including planning, reporting and coordination of European countries Transformation of global GTM strategies into the European market Implementation, control and monitoring of DTC marketing activities Planning and implementation as well as control and monitoring of retail marketing campaigns Elaboration, provision and control of RMS activities Planning, organization and implementation of through the line communication Provision of all necessary marketing materials and content for media and retail Planning, organization and implementation of all PR activities and creation of media attack plans Coordination and implementation of social media campaigns Creation of briefings and management of external agencies and service providers Strategic development of the athlete teams Preparation of brand, product and campaign presentations Coordination of product information, texts and translations Preparation and provision of all necessary tools for trade, order and consumer fairs and events Obtaining athlete, influencer and end user feedback and preparing analyses Close communication with global brand leads and regional sales team Regular reporting to European marketing lead Ability to work with and co-ordinate a diverse group of people (team riders, sales reps, accountants, shop staff, general customers)
