Marketing Communications Manager (f/m/d)
The Marketing Communications Manager at Moxa Europe is responsible for collaboratively creating and tactically executing the integrated marketing communications strategy for Europe. This includes planning for and executing integrated marketing tactics - both traditional and digital, to help ensure audience engagement. This position will be serving as the gateway for all marketing communications for Moxa Europe and is perfect for someone who likes to be part of a high performing, visible team dedicated to great marketing and the company's cultural journey. This position reports into the General Manager for Europe.
Building on the business strategy for Europe, implement a creative, concise and effective multi-platform communications strategy and plan that differentiates Moxa from competition in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.
Generate compelling, engaging content to support content-driven integrated strategy. Help identify the most effective communication channels to reach relevant target groups and help to feed these channels with the appropriate messaging.
Strategizing and implementing campaigns leveraging both traditional and digital marketing tactics.
Creating and maintaining project plans to successfully move all projects forward in a timely, collaborative and efficient manner.
Providing guidance to the product management team and cross-functionally to teams such as account management, channel sales, sales operations and customer service to help shape local marketing strategies.
Creating and managing the MarCom budget in close collaboration with the product marketing manager and general manager.
Responsible for monitoring marketing effectiveness, program / campaign success and overall ROI analytics and sharing results with key stakeholders.
Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand at regional level.
Working with tradeshow manager to develop plans to leverage product promotions to help generate leads at key shows and events.
Collaborating with the Digital Marketing Manager to help leverage and optimize websites, e-marketing tools, SEO / SEM, digital advertising, social media channels and other digital marketing tactics.
Planning and executing channel partner and customer events.
BA / B.Sc degree in marketing, public relations, communications, journalism or related field (MBA is a plus)
Ideally more than five years experience in a Marketing Communications role developing content and implementing campaigns
Experience in channel marketing is strongly preferred
You have experience with digital marketing (in particular social media) and advertising; in go-to-market strategy execution; in campaign design and execution; graphic design
Experience in data analytics and creating dashboards is preferred
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional interpersonal skills and adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Business level of English, ideally native speaker. German is a plus but not mandatory.
High level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously.
Demonstrated project management skills
Proven lead generation expertise that resulted in ROI
Strong research, analytics and reporting capability
Experience and success working in a regional organization and collaborating cross-functionally
Creative / critical thinking and problem solving skills required
Strong business acumen
