Portfolio Manager - Performance Measurement (m­­/­­f­­/­­d)

Your main task as "Portfolio Manager - Performance Measurement» in Grid Field Operations Offshore is to record, analyse and monitor the performance of the organization through the reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) . This includes the creation of business reports containing adequate KPIs that have acceptance in the community and will provide transparency for decision making and steering within our Unit. You work hand in hand with key internal and external stakeholders (examples include operational-executing departments, project management area, business guidance, business excellence), to gather data and agree on the performance measurement concept. Using a continuous improvement approach, you make the data collection, and reporting process more efficient and accurate, making the reports and data available faster and more trustworthy. Stepping into your new role, you will complement our Portfolio Management Team and thus closely cooperate with our Portfolio Managers focussing on Business Planning, Business Improvement, Business Outlook and Process Management.
