As Digital Customer Experience Excellence Manager (m/f/d), you will support our business units in driving forward the customer-centric digital transformation. Your focus will be on innovative solutions along all Heraeus digital customer touchpoints. Together with our diverse teams of business and IT experts, you will develop customer-centric concepts, implement them in interdisciplinary teams and optimize digital customer touchpoints along all digital customer interactions. You will create analyses and collect customer insights to identify optimization potential from a user-oriented and business perspective, prove hypotheses and derive recommendations for action. You identify relevant IT solutions in the customer experience environment, develop customized solutions with our IT partners and implement them together. Through your proactive support of our business units, you will make a significant contribution to the optimization and further development of the customer experience in an end-to-end approach.
