Overall: Ensure that customers are supported with innovative products/solutions at competitive costs and lead times and in compliance to the necessary regulations Constantly drive, monitor and report key performance indicators of the product line, such as revenues, margins, growth and profitability Support the strategy with business plans and actions on plant, portfolio, regional and company level Drive and take care of the product line according to the 4Ps within the product house organisation New product development and introduction: Work on the forefront with Sales and Marketing to identify new markets, niches and opportunities Researche and analyse market conditions, identify competitors, technologies and customer trends to transform these into a future-ready portfolio roadmap Drive for a timely development and launch of such new products and solutions with R&D, develop a pricing strategy and prepare marketing concepts in support of MarCom Product life cycle management: Identify the need for phase lifts, re-positioning, phase-outs and cost downs and transform these into appropriate actions, i.e. product life cycle management and road map Assure that product information in collateral, ERP and PIM are up to date
